Bob Keogh is a 1969 graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. He graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1971. He has been in private practice in Dickinson since 1971. Besides private practice, Bob has also served as City Attorney for New England and Belfield and as a Special Assistant Attorney General as State's Attorney in Slope County. Since 1982 he has been the City of Dickinson Municipal Judge. Bob was a contract ALJ with OAH from 1997 through 2008, and in 2011 he began serving again as a contract ALJ with OAH, conducting WSI hearings.
