Upon receipt of a request for the designation of an administrative law judge to preside over your matter, the director of the Office of Administrative Hearings will designate an administrative law judge with knowledge and background in the subject matter of your case. The Office of Administrative Hearings employs three (3) full-time ALJs to conduct hearings for all of its clients agencies. OAH also contracts with six (6) attorneys in private practice to conduct primarily Workforce Safety and Insurance hearings, as well as hearings for other agencies, on a case-by-case basis.

Biographies and contact information for each administrative law judge can be found by selecting the judge's page from the menu to the left.
