Hope L. Hogan |
Hope Hogan joined the Office of Administrative Hearings in November 2018 as a full-time administrative law judge. She graduated in 2002 from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness and graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2005. Following law school, Judge Hogan clerked with the Ninth Judicial District of Minnesota for one year and practiced as a general litigation associate for a small firm in Minnesota for six years. In 2011, she returned to North Dakota to serve as an assistant attorney general in the Natural Resources Division of the North Dakota Attorney General's office representing state agencies.
