Dawson, Timothy J.

Tim Dawson became director of the North Dakota Office of Administrative Hearings on January 1, 2016.  Prior to his appointment, Tim was legal counsel with the North Dakota Legislative Council.  In addition to his director duties, he serves as an administrative law judge presiding over hearings for a number of state agencies.  He is a native of Mandan, North Dakota, and a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Law.
